What is your exchange policy?

We gladly accept exchanges of unused and unwashed items within 30 days of purchase.*

Just return the items with a copy of your packing slip and the exchange instructions. Once received, the replacement generally ships the next business day.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of purchase.* No returns on items after 30 days. No return on holiday apparel after the holiday. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. 

Just return the items, in the same condition you received them in, with a copy of your packing slip indicating you are returning the item. You will receive an email once your item is received.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Orders, ship within 1-2 business days. Some items take a little bit longer to process and ship due to the item being created or printed after it is ordered. Shipping days are Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays. 

Can I track my order?

When your order is packed and ready to go, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Once you receive that tracking number, your package is ready for the postal pick-up. Tracking will begin once the postal service makes the initial scan. It can take up to 24 hours to appear in the tracking system.

General delivery times are:

USPS First Class Mail: 3-7 business days after ship date. This is an estimated delivery time, not a guaranteed delivery. Packages are considered delayed if they have not been received within 14 days.   

Do you ship to international location?  

We do not ship to international locations at this time.  

I never received my package. What do I do?

If you have not received your package within 14 days email with your order details so that we may track it through the postal carrier. We will contact you within 24 business hours.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a defective or incorrect item please email Let us know your order number and what you received. We will contact you within 24 business hours and provide a pre-paid label to return it. In some cases we may want a photo  instead of shipping the item back.

DTG (Direct to Garment) Printing

We use only Kornit Avalanche printers to produce the finest-quality images possible that won't wash out of the shirts. With DTG printing, a printer directly applies the ink onto the t-shirt with inkjet technology. It’s sort of like printing on paper, except on a t-shirt. DTG uses specialty water-based inks, which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment. 

What size do I order?

The basic size chart is located in each product description.  The best way to find your size is to measure your favorite t-shirt.  

Width: Measured across the garment one inch below the armholes.

Length: Measured from neck trim down to the bottom of the garment.

How is your apparel printed?

All of our apparel is printed using DTG (direct to garment.) This process makes for an extremely comfortable print, as the ink is absorbed into the fabric. 

Does your apparel shrink?

All of our apparel contains cotton, and cotton will shrink. If you plan on washing/drying your garments frequently, our shirts will shrink between 3-5%. If you do not want your product to shrink -  we recommend washing in cold water and hang drying them only.

Why do my shirts smell like vinegar?

The printing process uses a chemical that smells like vinegar. Most of this chemical is removed when we dry your shirt, but a small amount may remain. This chemical is harmless and will wash out of the shirt the first time you wash them.

My shirts look stained or discolored

When printing your shirts some discoloration can occur. Washing your shirts the first time in cold water will remove the discoloration.

Do you ever offer a discount? 

On occasion, Pet Designz will offer a discount code to our email subscribers. The discount code will automatically apply at checkout.  

If using a discount code, the first step is to begin the checkout process. After entering the billing and shipping information, click “continue to next step.” The next screen will allow you to enter your discount code. Only one special offer or discount can be applied per order. 

Can I exchange an item I received for free?  

At times, we may include a factory second or promo item free of charge with an order.  These items can not be exchanged or returned.  If you do not like it or can not use the free gift, feel free to re-gift it.  Pass it along to someone else you think might be able to enjoy it!
