What is your exchange policy?
If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer hassle free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
How Do I return an item?
It is best if you email info@petdesignz and let us know that you want to return/exchange and item. It will allow us to generate a prepaid label to return the items. Once we receive the items, if there is no sign of wear or damage that was not there when we shipped it to you, then we will ship out the new item or refund your account.
Just return the items, in the same condition you received them in, with a copy of your packing slip indicating you are returning the item. You will receive an email once your item is received.
I lost the order number, now what?
Just Login to our online portal if you created an account. All of the information from order number, shipping status, and items ordered is saved for your reference.
Help, I received a damaged item?
We work hard to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, but we understand that isn’t always the case. To report a damaged or defective item, just email email@example.com. We respond within 24 hours. If you have not heard back, please feel free to call us at 541-537-0844.
Most of the time we will ask for a photo, but on occasion we will want to have the item back to help with quality control. We will always provide a pre-paid label if we need the item back. However, we will ship a new item out within 24 hours of a report of damage. (Holidays or weekends may delay shipping)
How long will it take to ship my order?
Orders, ship within 1-2 business days. Some items take a little bit longer to process and ship due to the item being created or printed after it is ordered but no longer than 7 days. Shipping days are Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays.
Can I track my order?
When your order is packed and ready to go, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Once you receive that tracking number, your package is ready for the postal pick-up. Tracking will begin once the postal service makes the initial scan. It can take up to 24 hours to appear in the tracking system.
How long will it take to receive my order?
USPS First Class Mail: 3-7 business days after ship date. This is an estimated delivery time, not a guaranteed delivery. Packages are considered delayed if they have not been received within 14 days.
Do you ship to international location?
We do not ship to international locations at this time.
I never received my package. What do I do?
If you have not received your package within 14 days email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details so that we may track it through the postal carrier. We will contact you within 24 business hours.
Can I exchange an item I received for free?
At times, we may include a factory second or promo item free of charge with an order. These items can not be exchanged or returned. If you do not like it or can not use the free gift, feel free to re-gift it. Pass it along to someone else you think might be able to enjoy it!
